Castle Rock Burgers is a premier food trailer specializing in old fashioned style burgers created by Chef Rick Saint John. Castle Rock Burgers was founded in 2014 and with our standout signature burgers have become a favorite family burger place.
Here at Castle Rock Burgers every burger is created with 100 percent American beef sourced locally, seasoned with our own blend of seasonings and uniquely topped with exciting flavors. All of our burgers are served on a toasted Rotella bun and topped with freshly cut iceberg lettuce, red onion, juicy tomato and pickle, to create the best burger in town.
