A “Fresh Burger” concept brought to you by American entrepreneurs, Chef Rick Saint John along with his wife Jane. Rick and Jane have worked in the food industry early on in their careers. Rick having worked in some of Americas finest hotel restaurants, that include the Holiday Inn Central, Marriott, Radisson Hotel, Sea Side Restaurant and the Capital City Club. Jane worked for the Aristocrat Restaurant in Manila Philippines as a front of the house manager and also as a manager for the Mini-Stop convenience store chain. Rick and Jane have taken their passion for food and created their own brand, Castle Rock Burgers starting in March of 2014, in Manila Philippines.
Rick and Jane introduced their “Fresh Burger” concept to the USA and the Philippines, where our valued customers can enjoy gourmet burgers created to order, using only the freshest ground beef, using our own special blend of meat. Our beef is hand mixed, with all beef patties created at each Castle Rock Burgers store, under specific requirements, creating our special “Fresh Beef Blend”.
A great tasting burger served at Castle Rock Burgers begins with 100 percent American Beef, (Australian beef in the Philippines), that is all natural, grass and or corn fed, with no antibiotics, steroids or fillers added. Once your Fresh Burger hits our grill, it is then nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection, thereafter served to you hot and juicy.
